01 · Fixed cost / cost per unit
Set a fixed shipping cost for any product, variation or complete category. Enable Multiply by quantity when the same amount should be charged for every unit purchased.
Example: €18.15 fixed shipping, or €18.15 × 3 units = €54.45.
02 · Percentage of product value
Calculate shipping automatically as a percentage of the purchased product value. The percentage is applied to the product price and quantity, making shipping scale naturally with the order value.
Example: 5% shipping on 2 units priced at €100 each = €10.
03 · Cost by quantity ranges
Create different shipping costs depending on how many units of a product are purchased. Define as many quantity ranges as you need and assign a fixed shipping cost to each one.
Example: 1–3 units = €18.15 · 4–6 units = €26.62 · 7–9 units = €36.30.
04 · Cost by weight ranges
Use the product weights already configured in WooCommerce to calculate shipping. Régula multiplies the product weight by the purchased quantity and applies the cost of the matching weight range.
Example: 0–3 kg = €9.99 · 4–6 kg = €12.99.
05 · Cost by volume ranges
Calculate shipping according to the real volume of the products. Régula reads their length, width and height from WooCommerce, calculates the total volume and automatically converts it to cubic metres.
Example: Define different shipping prices for orders between 0–15 m³, 15–30 m³, 30–50 m³ and beyond.
06 · First unit + additional units
Set one shipping price for the first unit and a lower or different price for every additional unit of the same product. Ideal when the first package is more expensive to ship but extra units can travel together.
Example: First unit €10 + €2 per additional unit → 3 units = €14.
07 · Cost by cart subtotal ranges
Change shipping costs according to the value of the shopping cart. Create different subtotal ranges so shipping can become cheaper, more expensive or follow any pricing structure you need.
Example: €0–100 = €12 shipping · €100–250 = €8 · €250–500 = €5.
08 · Destination-based shipping
Create shipping rules based on where the order is being delivered. Target specific countries, states/provinces or postal codes and combine destination conditions with Régula’s flexible shipping logic.
Example: €15 shipping to mainland Spain, a different rate for the Balearic Islands, or a specific cost for selected postal codes.
